All purchases and subscriptions made through ClickURL are non-refundable. Once a plan or service has been activated, we do not issue refunds, whether in full or partial, including but not limited to:
  • Subscription fees (monthly, yearly, or custom plans).
  • One-time service purchases.
  • Add-ons, integrations, or feature upgrades.
This policy applies regardless of usage frequency, account inactivity, or user decision to discontinue the service before the end of the subscription term.
2. Exceptions (Limited Circumstances)
Refunds may only be issued under the following verified conditions:
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription or transaction.
  • Technical/Billing Error: If a system or payment gateway error results in an incorrect charge.
  • Failed Activation: If the purchased service or subscription was never activated due to an error on our end.
In these cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date. Verified refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your subscription.
4. Trial Plans and Promotions
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, you may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges. Once the trial converts into a paid plan, the standard no-refund policy applies.
5. Payment Disputes
In case of any unauthorized or disputed payment, please contact our billing team first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue where applicable.
